Shipping & Returns

All orders are shipped only after receiving approval on your free proof. Most items are shipped within 24-48 hours. This includes all invitations, note cards, thank you cards, response cards, blank candy bar wrappers and map/direction cards. You'll receive an email from us confirming your ship date when we receive approval of your proof. We'll then update your order status with your tracking number and send you another email.

Orders for Belgian Chocolate bars follow the same guidelines, with one exception. We will not ship them if the shipment will cross over a weekend. We don't want them sitting in a UPS warehouse melting for two days. In this case, shipment will be delayed until the following Monday.
