How soon can I get my order?

Many items now offer you the ability to create and approve your proof before placing your order. They will be printed just as you create them in your proof. If we receive your order by 2 pm CST, they will print and ship the next business day.

If you choose to have your proof sent by email, it will be sent to you within 24 hours of placing your order (excluding weekends and holidays).  Once we receive your approval, they will print and ship the next business day if we receive your approval before 2 pm CST.  Shipping time in transit depends on the shipping method you selected when placing your order and what zip code we are shipping to.  For UPS Ground transit times, see the UPS Ground Shipping Time map or check the UPS website (we ship from 60187).

This does not apply to our edible photo treats.  Production and shipping of all photo treats are scheduled so as to arrive by the 'need by' date on your order.  This ensures you do not need to store them long and they are as fresh as possible.  If you have any concerns or questions, please contact us.  We can often accommodate special requests.
