Order StatusThere are several steps along the way where you will receive an email from us with information regarding your order. First, immediately following placing your order you'll be sent an email receipt. You should receive this one within just a few minutes. Second, if your order included a proof (most do) that is sent by email within 24 hours of placing your order. If you sent an email approving your proof or asking for changes and a new proof, you'll receive a reply within 24 hours. Third, an email is sent confirming we received your approval and a scheduled ship date for your order. What if you didn't get one of these? It most likely got filtered out or blocked as spam. Most email programs (Yahoo, AOL, MSN, etc) have a special folder where all suspected spam is sent. Please check that folder for our email. It is sent from Custom Creations Unlimited and will have your six digit order number in the subject line. If you don't see it or have emptied the folder, you can request we resend it by contacting us by phone (630-665-1969) or email ( ) then keep a look out in your bulk folder for it. We can contact you and any email address you like, or more than one.
