What are your hours?
We are open Monday-Friday 9 am- 5 pm CST except for the following US holidays.
You can reach customer service by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week,
365 days a year.

Do you have a catalog?
We used to have printed catalogs but found that they became outdated much
to quickly. Our current selection is always available here on our web
site.
What is your refund/return policy?
We offer an error free guarantee. If your order arrives with an error
made by us or a manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 30 days
of receiving your order. We will then remake the item at our expense.
If the error was your, a remake will be offered at a discount from the
original price. Details vary by product type, please contact
us for further information.
How do I place an order for invitations?
Simply decide on a card stock, a phrase, a typestyle and an ink color.
Start by choosing the occasion from the left. Click on the image of the
card stock you want. Click on "Place Order" on the right side
of the invitation, note card or wrapper you want to order. Fill in the
fields then click "Add to Cart'. To complete your order, choose your
shipping method from the drop-down list and then click on 'Purchase for
$XX.XX'. You'll receive your proof via email within 24 hours (excluding
weekends and holidays). You can make changes at no charge. Once we receive
your approval, your order will be printed and shipped within 1-2 business
days.
How do I place an order for candy bars and/or
wrappers?
Nearly all of our invitation designs have matching wrapper designs. For
these, order as you would for the invitation. You can also browse our
other candy bar wrappers by click on "candy bar wrappers" at
the left. We've sorted them by occasion. Click on the image of the wrapper
you want to order. This will bring up an order form for that design.
Fill in the fields then click "Add to Cart'. To complete your order,
choose your shipping method and payment method from the drop-down lists
and then click on 'Purchase for $XX.XX'.
How can I pay for my order?
For your convenience, we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover
Card, and personal checks. All transactions are handled by our secure
server and encrypted to protect your personal information. If you prefer
to pay by phone or regular mail, you may choose that option during check-out.
Orders by check are held for 10 business days to allow your check to clear.
How does the proof work?
All orders include a free proof. After we receive your order, you will
receive an e-mail within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) with
your proof and instructions for approving or changing your proof (unlimited
changes are included at no charge). This allows you to see what your order
will look like before we send it to production. Once your proof is approved,
your order will sent to production. At that point, further changes are
not possible.
What kind of paper do you use?
For all of our invitations, announcements, thank you cards, note cards,
rsvp cards and rsvp postcards, we use 110 pound, acid free index card
stock. Our candy bar wrappers are printed on 32 pound, glossy, acid free
laser paper.
What are your shipping options?
For Invitations or candy bar wrappers:
Are shipped via UPS. You can choose Ground, 2-Day or Next Day. This does
not include production time. Once shipped, you will receive an email with
your tracking information. For a map of UPS Ground shipping time, see

For candy bars: All orders must be shipped UPS 2-day or UPS
Next Day. We will not ship an order if it will cross over the weekend.
This would result in your chocolate melting in a UPS warehouse somewhere.
In such cases, we will ship your order on the following Monday. During
the warm summer months, we ship with ice packs and extra insulation.
For Photo Cookies: Photo Cookies are
shipped Airborne Express and will be scheduled to arrive a few before
your 'need by' date. This ensures they are as fresh as possible and you
won't need to store them very long.
For Photo Blankets: Photo Blankets
are shipped via UPS. You can choose Ground, 2-Day or Next Day. This does
not include production time of 7-10 business days. Once shipped, you will
receive an email with your tracking information.
Can I put more than one picture on a Photo
Blanket?
Yes, our 60" x 90" can hold up to nine pictures. The 40"
x 60" and 54" x 70" can hold up to four. The 30" x
40" are best with only one picture due to their smaller size. You
can follow the instructions at the bottom of your receipt for submitting
your pictures.
How do I submit my picture for my order?
There isn't an option to attach your image to your order. After placing
your order, you'll receive a receipt by email within a few minutes. If
you don't, check your spam or bulk folder as the email is sent immediately
upon completing your order. At the bottom of the receipt, is a link with
instructions on various ways to submit your image including by upload,
email and regular mail.
Do you have a privacy policy?

In a nutshell, we do not sell or share, in any way, any information with
any outside company or agency. Your information is safe and secure.
Do you have any references?
We sure do! We're happy to share some of the wonderful comments
our customers have made about us.
Will my invitations require extra postage?
Simply, no. All of our invitations can be mailed with a single first class
stamp.
What about sales tax?
We are required to collect sales tax for any order shipped to an Illinois
address. All other orders are free of sales tax.
How do I care for my Photo Blanket?
Your Photo Blanket can be washed in you home machine and tumbled dried.
Do not use bleach or any whitening agent.
How do I care for my Photo Towel?
It is recommended that your Photo Towel be washed before use. Always wash
in warm water before use. Wash dark colors separately, and it is recommended
not to wash your Photo Towel with other garments. Do not dry clean. To
achieve a softer towel tumble dry after washing. Do not use bleach or
any whitening agent.
